Profixo Terms of Service

You may browse the site, download our guides, and submit forms for your own business purposes. Do not scrape the site, submit false information, upload malicious files, or use our forms to send spam.

Booking a free 30-minute session or submitting an intake form creates no obligation on either side. We will use the information you provide to prepare for the conversation and to follow up about our services. Anything we suggest during a free session is general guidance, not a deliverable, and is provided without warranty.

Flat-price Quick Fix jobs and any other paid work begin only after you approve the scope and price in writing (email, text, or signature) and payment terms are met. Same-day turnaround is a target, not a guarantee, and depends on access to the systems involved. Work is delivered as described in the approved scope. Changes to scope are quoted separately.

When you give us access to your systems (websites, hosting, CRM, phone systems, social accounts) you confirm you have authority to do so. We use that access only for the agreed work. You own your data, content, and accounts; we own our tools, templates, and know-how, and you receive a license to use what we build for you as set out in your Service Agreement.

Playbooks, checklists, and other downloads are for your internal business use. You may not resell or republish them.

We build on platforms we do not control (including GoHighLevel, Lovable, Supabase, Anthropic, Google, Stripe, Bluehost, and telephony carriers). Their availability, pricing, and terms affect what we deliver. We are not responsible for their outages or changes.

The website and free services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages. For paid work, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us for that work in the 3 months before the claim.

Arizona law governs these Terms. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Maricopa County, Arizona, after a 30-day good-faith attempt to resolve them informally.

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date.
