Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Profixo, a trade name of Dossou Operating Group LLC ("Profixo", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our software applications and services (the "Services").

Account information: name, email address, and role, supplied when an account is created.

Business data you enter: pricing baselines, project details, estimates, and the customer names and addresses you choose to enter.

Integration data: when you connect a third-party account, we receive data from that platform as described below.

Technical data: log records, IP address, browser type, and timestamps, collected automatically to operate and secure the Services.

If you choose to connect QuickBooks Online, you authorize the connection through Intuit's own login screen. We never see, receive, or store your Intuit username or password.

What we store: OAuth access and refresh tokens, and your QuickBooks company realm ID. Tokens are stored server-side and are never transmitted to your browser.

What we read from QuickBooks: customer records and product or service items, in order to match or create the correct records when pushing an estimate.

What we write to QuickBooks: estimates you explicitly choose to push, including customer name, line item descriptions, and amounts. Internal cost data is never transmitted to QuickBooks.

We access QuickBooks only in response to actions you initiate in the Services. You may disconnect at any time from the QuickBooks settings page, which deletes the stored tokens.

Certain features send data you provide to third-party AI providers to generate material price estimates, project visualizations, or text. Only the data needed for the requested feature is sent. We do not authorize these providers to use your data to train their models.

To provide, maintain, and secure the Services; to authenticate users; to communicate with you about your account; to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

We disclose information only to service providers who host or support the Services and are bound to protect it, to third-party platforms you have connected at your direction, and where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Following termination, data is available for export for 30 days and may then be deleted. Audit logs may be retained longer where required.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and server-side storage of credentials and tokens. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access and correct your account information within the Services, disconnect any third-party integration at any time, and request deletion of your data by contacting us.

The Services are intended for business use and are not directed to individuals under 18.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect any change, and material changes will be communicated to active customers.
