Terms of Service

Profixo is a trade name of Dossou Operating Group LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Profixo", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your use of Profixo's software applications and services (the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to use the Services to violate any law, infringe any third party's rights, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the Services.

You retain all ownership of the data you submit to the Services, including your pricing information, estimates, and customer records. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Services to you.

The Services may connect to third-party platforms, including QuickBooks Online, at your direction. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party platforms.

The Services generate cost estimates based on data you supply and publicly available market information. Estimates are informational tools only. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any estimate or quote you deliver to your own customers, and for any commitment you make based on it.

Certain features use AI models to suggest material prices, generate project visualizations, or produce text. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review AI output before relying on it.

Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are set out in your service agreement with us. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active customers. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is Maricopa County, Arizona.
